need help rebuilding rear d60 FF [Archive]

My question is what is supposed to be in there? Both sides were set up differently, one side had 2 nuts and no washer, and the other side had one nut and a lock washer. I always thought that the right setup had 2 nuts and a tabbed washer that got bent over after being installed. Help me find these parts... The pronged washer goes inbetween the spindle nuts.
