My 2001 dodge is getting a average of 13.4 with no trailer. I have adjusted valves and it has a new lift pump. It has a 60 horse chip and cold air intake. Open exhaust and only 33 inch tires. I have no idea why it is dropping so far. This is also without a trailer. If ya dodge guys have any idea let me hear them. O and it only has 120,000 on it and a new tranny with a heavy duty converter.
