Ok so I finally found some time to lock my rear dana 35c matted to a 4.0l 1998 manual transmission with a powertrax no-slip locker, but some supension geometrys might be off? I have an rubicon express 3.5 superflex lift with bfg m\t 33's , and when I accelerate hard my front left tire lifts up almost a foot. I came close to flipping the truck pulling into the drive way. I love my new found trick when I'm daily driving, even though it's putting alot of stress on the axles but it's to much fun. I've heard of it happening to other tj's , so is this something I should be concerned about. Especially when I'm off camber offroad and trying to make some forward progress.

Question number two...

I'm a poor college student who spent all of his money on his jeep, and I need to get a new clutch. I can do the install myself but I'm wondering is it smarter to get a dualfriction centforce 2 or an oem replacement. I've heard that the centforce clutches don't like being slipped, and I slip the clutch way to much offroading... Anyone have expierence with ebay clutches?

Thanks for your advice....

Bored So I figured you might want to see some pics ... plus maybe the tire carrier weight might be causing the wheelies lol

Just go with the OEM.

What about the tires lifting off the ground after locking the rear axles, so I be concerned?

Don't let it bother you it happens to tjs lifted with short arm lift kits. Just don't hit the gas so hard while taking left hand turns.

why are you complaining... you get some killer looks when you have your right tire 6" off the pavement when making a hard left turn ;)

It's a short arm TJ thing. It might be worse w/ a manual transmission.
I put the stock pitman arm back on & it helped somewhat.
Good luck, Bob
