Just wanted to know what upper arms you guys are running and what you think of them?
To tell you the truth, I am not even sure how the aftermarket arms help flex? I have heard they can help out your pinion angle but thats about it. I would like to replace them since I have RE superflex lowers and 4 inch springs and I think the stock arms are going to be a weak point.

They are the weak point, I've broken/bent a few of them. Aftermarket arms like rubicon express have more flex due to using joints that flex a lot more than the stock rubber bushings. If you get adjustable arms you can set the pinion angle with them.

I agree with dfvaulter, ive seen many break and the stock bushings go bad quick, and they get noisy when they do. Make sure and get some adjustable ones.............

Wow dude, you REALLY agree on this one!

The stock ones suck, they bend really easily...i did 2 mild wheelin trips before I replaced them with an RE lift and they were already tweaked pretty good.

The RE arms, in addition to having better bushings at the frame end, have HEIM joints at the axle end that allow much better flexibility. They're also greaseable, which helps keep 'em flexy.

AND they're beefier, by a factor of approximately x2 shitloads.

Finally adjustable ones will let you adjust the pinion angle because making them longer or shorter tips the axle assuming the bottom control arm lengths are kept the same.
