I just ordered my JD2 model 3 with no degree wheel and a 1.75 x 6.5 die for $477.05 to my office door. Deanna, the sales person who answered the phone, said that both are in stock and she will get them shipped out on Friday. I am glad I did not want the degree ring, they are on order and not due for 3-4 weeks. Maybe I will get lucky and actually get it in less than a week :-)

Wow. Mine just showed up last Friday. 5 weeks to the day from when I ordered (they said 4-5 weeks, and it shipped at the 4wk mark)

Here's a Q for those JD2 users lookin'..

I assembled it last night and pulled out the hydraulic ram from my cheap PortaPower kit (I bought the hydro mounting version of the JD2)..

Threads into place just fine, everything looks good..

except the JD2 hydro kit has a "C" block with a threaded shaft that's supposed to thread into the ram.

My ram seems to have a permanently attached male "stub" on the end of it. It's just over 1.25" OD.

I have various extensions for it n' such, but no female/female couplers, and none with a threaded end.

Unless someone knows where I can buy one, it looks like I'm making a ~1.25" ID female pipe to "C" adapter.

I think, all told, I have about $700 into the JD2, hydro kit, degree ring (I think they threw it in for free), the 2" die, and the PortaPower..

I ordered directly from JD2. I am going to call Deanna on Friday to get a tracking number.....

I just talked to JD2, and they said my bender shipped today... UPS said I should have it by the end of the day on Tuesday. Not bad. Ordered on Wednesday. and overnighted a moneyorder. Delivered the following Tuesday....
