Rubicon Lockers stuck engaged

Just put A rubicon long arm kit and F/R 4.88 gears in a friends 05 Rubicon. The lockers now feel as if they are stuck engaged. Front diff lock light is flashing. everything is plugged in and seems fine. Any Ideas??? TIA, Kyle

umm its an 05 take it to the dealer.

Try unplugging the front axle.

you might have damaged the locker when you did the gears...

did you replace the carrier bearings? If so, what tool did you use?

the diaphram for the rubi locker is huge, almost the same diameter of the carrier, so it only requires 5 psi b/c there is a lot of Square inches. pull the cover, and see if you can move the diaphram arround or if it is actually pushed in

I think you can also fookem if you screw the diff plug in too far.
