Anyone know how long they are eye to eye? Also what year along with the measurement.

Roughly 56" flat length. Mine are 55-1/2" eye-to-eye on the truck (straight line, not counting arch).

That's for a '90. AFAIK, all Ford springs 78-96 will be the same, so long as they're 3" wide.
