Got a Griffin that does'nt want to play nice. Fawking feeback tube shoots straight at my fan. Yes I tried elec. fans and all that bull, not working. Need my mech. fan back. I need to 180* the lower nipple. Know anyone who would weld the nub back on? I'll cut it off.
(ps... my fawkup. If I knew Griffin's shot the lower tube up like that, I woulda went Howe or Be Cool.... :mad at myself:)

Will do Rob. Yeah, no shizt. Been awhile. There's a few hundred beers down at Regans with our names on em. I say we don't let them down. And soon! :D
I'll call him tomorow. Thanks again.
My bud Ken's got a new 210 with a mini-spool for aluminum... however neither one of us want to use my $180 Griffin as a guinnea pig... :rasta:

One thing for sure DONT USE THAT SPOOLGUN! It's cool to have but for airtight or watertight no go. If you had a true GMAW-P machine ( a 210 is nowhere close) , and you really knew the process & material then maybe. The combo you have is better off used for superficial things ie boxes, chairs, NON-critical sub structures-floors etc.
Definately take it to welderboy he'll fire up his Miller syncrowave , and do it the right way (TIG).

I'm not too proud to say hell yeah, you're exactly right. And as you note above, we already knew that :D just not the particulars.
We're gunna do just that with the 210 and mini spool. Play with it. And NOT make our first aluminum welds on a critical piece! I'm confident and intrepid when it comes to mild steel with my good ol lincoln buzz box, but aluminum, specially on a radiator... no thanks.
I'm calling Welderboy asap. Hope he can do it soon.
Thanks fellas.
