none of those post say how far the steering ball joint is lateraly from the knuckle ball joint or the angle that the arm should point inward at

You could always go to the boneyard, and get a knuckle like the rest of us. Theres a novel idea. It'll even have the studs on it and everything. That way you can get the measurments YOURSELF!

I think the idea was the ease and cheapness of asking...

I went to the bone yard and got the knuckles. That unfortuately high steer arms don't come with the knuckles. The passenger side has a flat top but no studs so I need to install those. To do any of this I need to know the ackerman angle on the arms
