i did the test light between the negative post and cable and and it turns on so i pulled fuses untill it went off and the fuse the made it go off was marked 50 amp batt. my question is what does that fuse run and how do i fix the draw. by the way all that was does with the alt unhooked. i have a 1999 1500 dodge ram with the 5.9l. any help is apretiated.

Test further, that 50 amp fuse probably feeds another fuse. I have the same problem with '98 Ram. .4 amp draw, probably due to the seat belt controller doo-hickey. I just charge up the battery about once per week. If I could remember I could give you the specific circuit number but my FSM is in my Dodge and my wife has it right now.
