The BLM Sierra Front-Northwestern Great Basin Resource Advisory Council will meet from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on March 28 and 8 a.m. to noon on March 29 at the BLM Carson City Field Office, 5665 Morgan Mill Road.
One of the topics will be the Sand Mountain Recreation Fee Demonstration Project. Another will be the Walker River Basin EIS.

And another topic will be whether the BLM will have a Technical Review Team (TRT) to help guide them. Friends of Sand Mountain has been pushing with the BLM to make sure the plan includes a TRT. Keep your fingers crossed.
By the way, we have a cleanup at Sand Mountain from 10AM - Noon on Saturday, March 30.

Thanks Crowdog, the info I got didn't mention the TRT.
Sorry but I have to cancel on the Sand Mountain cleanup . . . Gotta go to a Memorial Service in Georgetown that weekend.
