Can a 1.5" wheel spacer be used on a non full float axle without problems. Can a wheel spacer be made to change from a 4.5 lug patter to a 5.5 lug pattern???

Thanks a bunch in advance.

Hmmm.... I have searched the forum and I found that you can do the lug pattern change, however I have not seen anything refer to non full float. I would love to run spacers (1.5" on both sides), but do not want to put so much strain on the D60 axles that I will break them??? I am guessing it is less of an issue on a 60 than other smaller axles though.

bahahahahaha,,,,, break a D60 semi float because of 1.5" spacers. Now that is funny.:flipoff2:
Seriosly, I run 2" on the rear of mine. 35 spline Dutchmans inside.

i suppose it could wear the axle bearing alittle faster, not much (about like running a larger tire does)
also most folks will make a wheel spacer/adaptor to change a bolt "pattern size" but not the number of lugs/studs type adaptor.....

here's a 1.5" spacer i'm running......
