Ok, wondering if getting my heads ported/polished is worth it? And a 3 angle grind. What is the benifits to it?

Yeah If you are getting it done by a "REPUTABLE" shop/person. You can get anywhere between 5-20 HP considering what all is done. :D

Head work has alot advantages.
A 3 angle valve job by a guy that knows what the hell he is doing can do alot.
Now porting and polishing ... is a waste unless you are into heavy racing and need every pony there is.
But.. you can do alot with port matching and a little massaging of the ports.
Smoothing out the runners and the chambers and getting rid of the rough edges does alot.
When I do a set of heads the first thing I do is to port match the head and intake.
Then not nessesarily polish but I smooth out the chambers and runners around the valve.
But don't go crazy.. it is real easy to get the cc's AFU inbetween the cylinders.
And unless you have a flow bench you will never know if you have everything the same.
Just like grinding seats . If one is real bad and it takes alot to get it right then the rest have to be matched to get them all the same.
What I do, is do the valve work.
Then I cc the heads and go from there.
Head work is spendy if you don't do it your self.
I had 20 hours in the heads on the 463.
The best bang for the buck is to get a set of World products heads.
I am setting aside money for a set of Merlins.
The only thing I am going to do to them is port match em and bolt em on.

Do what powermad said. 3 or 7 angle valve job, grind the seats, maybe new seals and springs, gasket match the intake and exhaust ports. Then clean up the runners. I've found a great machine shop here and he said he'd do my heads for $48 each and $10 to shave them if I wanted/need it. Plus they carry all kind of parts for the 350 so I don't have to order shit like I did for my toy.
