It's a 98 Pathfinder...is there an easy way to disable the passenger air bag?

pull the fuse under the hood...though it will disable both driver and passenger side...

I'm curious why you would want to in the first place?
You can have a kill switch installed, that I do know.

I need to put a baby seat up front and the back has to be used for other items.

I have a 98 pathfinder and this is what I did, but this WILL DISABLE BOtH AIRBAGS!!

First remove the airbag fuse and disconect the negative battery cable!!!!
Remove the airbag computer from under the center conosle, or you can just unplug it. Then you have to ground one of the pins on the harness to get the airbag light to go out. I forgot which pin it is but after that abs computer was disconnected and the fuse removed I used a paper clip connected to ground to figure out which wire in the harness when grounded turned the airbag light off. I have no intentions of ever having the airbag functional again so these instructions might damage the system.
