Drill Dr http://www.drilldr.com/
I bought one about a month ago at sears and it seems to do as advertised. Search this forum and you will find others opinions.

Best price I found for a DD was on Amazon. One of the best shop tools I have.

Drill DR kicks ass
Or if you're good you can sharpen it with a bench grinder (takes alot of practice)

My bench grinder has a recess on the support plate on the grinding wheel side. I don't know the angle, 118° or 135°, but it seem to sharpen big drill bits well. All my other drill bits go to the Dr.
