1992 redman, worth alot more than the $10K I am asking. I sold my property and it has to be removed by Jan 2nd.
I paid $20K for it 4 years ago for my MIL. She lived in it for only a few months before she passed.

It has new berber style carpet in the living/family room. Has 3 bedrooms, fireplace. It's nice.

Disregard the mess, we are in process of packing up 2 houses.
