need to make some extended brake lines for my buddies 02 crewcab, and need to know the banjo bolt size (10mm????) and then the upper fitting (3/16??????) for the front, and then what size the rear fittings would be.

Im looking to swap them over to AN fittings at the calps, and then just get everything from AFCO.
