351c all msd ignition and timing control, 650 speed demon carb, offy intake,headers,new high flow water pump and t stat, has arp rod bolts and main studs. 4 speed tranny, twin sticked 205. d60 rear has 35 spline yukon axles,rear disc brakes and welded carrier. ftont is a 44 with new lock outs and wheel bearings,moser axles with full circle clip spicer ujoints, powerloc locker. gears are 4.10. have choice of 39.5 on 12" white spoke wheels front are regular swampers and rear are boggers or 35 radail ssr swampers on 9.75 chromes. $5,000 possible trade for a good tow rig got another toy. truck and trailer will be 10,000lbs
