Iv done some searching and cant find what i want and pm couple people. Im gonna run ford 302 np435 but want tcase can i run?. I have bw 1350 tcase now and im happy with how 1st and 4 low are Id like to run that cause i already have it. My problem is that case and the np435 are the same lenth as my tf990and 231 with out an sye . I plan on runing this is my 98 tj and Im gonna up grade to the clayton kits after the motor swap , but what tcase do i wanna run so i have more drive shaft and im trying to avoid adapters. As for flaming me after i thought about it how many newbies are doing this kind of swap

I take it there is no way to make the 1350 work due to driveshaft length. I doubt that there is another xfer case that will bolt up to the 4wd Ford NP435 that will be any shorter. There were Dana 20 xfer cases on Ford NP435s but best I remember it is not a direct swap for the 1350. Check on the Dana 20, (Ford Bronco Dana 20), I think that is your only shot without going to Advance Adapters.

We are worried when go up another 3inchs of lift my drive shaft angle is gonna go to shit. This rig is be on the road alot so im trying to avoid vibs as much as i can. I was thinking of swaping to a np205 if it is shorter . Im not sure how far forward we can move the motor either since It isnt installed yet and im trying to do as much planing as we can. I was thinking about runing the stock 231 but by time i buy an adapter thats like 500 easy plus an sye kit im at a 1000 :shaking:

Any one kno how long a np435 and np 205 are together ?

435 with a 205 (ford) is approximately 31" long. Even a Dana 20 adapted to a 435 uses a long adapter, approximately 4.5". If you are looking for short adapter options you need to look at t18s or sm465 transmissions.
