Well its prolly worth the money but the front axel is going to be a IFS front end not a solid axel so its not worth trying to mount it up in a jeep and the back will be a ford 8.8 rearend and would be ok with maybe 35 inch tires or somethin but no 9 inch or solid d44 there so a good 4wheel drive but wouldnt just buy for the axels.

What FordTrucks said and:
Keep the engine and swap into your jeep. You get fuel injection, the small physical size of a 5.0, etc.
It might be easier to put your jeep body on the truck frame after you shorten it...
Then SAS it.
Better yet, sell the jeep and build a real 4x4. Heh,heh.:D

what year jeep are we talking here? the only things of value off the truck for you may be the engine and rear axle. it all depends what you're looking for, and how much fab work you care to do. i will say the front axle is of no use in your swap.

The best use you'll get out of that front axle is to part it out to those that still run TTB fronts.
The diff cover on the TTB is 1/4" thick, so if you get creative, you can make a pretty stout fron diff cover, assuming you put a dana 44 up front.
Rear 8.8 should be good unless you want bigger than 35" tires.
