No mill(which would make it easy) It is in 1/4" plate, for motor mounts on a cart... Sure, but it's gonna ne ugly! Maybe you can try cleaning it up with a die grinder and some special bits, or a dremal type tool. Jeff CJ Lagos 03-22-2002, 10:23 PM I don't know how wide this has to be but I would definately drill the holes on the ends and probably one in the center. I would use something to cut that wouldn't require grinding to make it look nice on the inside edge. The plasma or flame torch will leave the kerf marks or whatever that is called. I would use a skill saw, circular saw or sawzall depending on the width of the slot, just something with fine teeth.
