ok i have already cut the rear quarter panels on my xj . i was wondering if anyone has some pics of custom quarter panels cuts and any fab work

I stretched my rear wheel wellls 9" and flipped the springs so the offset was to the front. Imagestation is not working or I would have pics of the project. He is an end result pick. For reference those are 38s.

What did you do with the gas tank and the neck? Are you running a cell in the back, or is it just moved somewhere else?

He has a fuel cell inside behind the seats.

I basicly did the same as these guys, except welding mine after folding it.

Not sure if you are talking about full panel removal, or just chopping out the lowers that match up with the bumper...

When I had my cherokee, I cut and folded mine up with a little bit of boatside effect going on and wrapped the bumper over about 30* to help protect it. I always thought it looked good and held it's purpose quite well.

Heres a pic of my rear chop, using the cut and fold method, then it was riveted and sealed. Then i fabbed this buper for protection under where the cut n fold were. Hold up really nice in the rocks
