After calling this A--hole and having him confirm that this oil pan he had for sale was for a BB Buick. I send the purchase price plus shipping ($100.00) for parts advertised as for Buick 455. After not receiving anything for three weeks I tried to contact him with no luck. As it turned out the pan was for a Pontiac, I called to get a refund, and this A--hole hung up the line and would not answer the phone again.
Beware of any dealings with him.:mad3:

No, I finally reached this guy by phone. A female was screening the incoming phone calls. I finally spoke with this guy and he informed me that he would not refund any money and hung the phone up and would not answer the phone. I plan on a personal visit soon.

Putting his story on AVOID AT ALL COST did not tell you the whole story. This A--whole contacted us wanting this pan so we sent him 3 pictures. By looking at the pictures this was the oil pan he needed. When we received the money order we were out of town. The money order came the day before we got home. We shipped it the same day. Then in a couple of weeks we got a phone call saying he wanted to talk to Dave, wanting to know what he is going to do about the pan because it is the wrong one. Dave said what do you mean? Do what? He said refund my money. What do you think this is Wal-Mart? You looked at the pictures of the oil pan which is for a 455 Buick. Dave told him to put it back on pirate to sell. I don't know what this crap is where "We don’t need guys like this." The thing is you have to watch out for this guy because if it does not fit then he is going to call you and want his money back. So you should avoid him at all cost! So no he did not get his dough back. All about this not able to reach us and female screening the calls, that’s bull shit he called us one time. i mean shit its 100 bucks dude. if you dont have 100 bucks to send him then i would suggest you look for a new job or some part time grass cutting gig on weekends. i am willing to bet that from the pictures one could not see the diffrence between the two. just think, no more phone calls or bull shit if you send 100 bucks. also look at the bright side, youu can post it up for sale again and list it as a pontiac since you know what it is this time. the orignial post obviously says buick not pontiac.

To avoid any more confusement, Possibly this is what you were when you said you had a Buick pan, you need to own up to your mistakes not knowing a Buick from a Pontiac. Refund the cost of the Oil pan and shipping cost that was sent to you in good faith. When I receive my money you will receive your Pontiac oil pan.
