: getting the doubler parts together

started working on the doublers this week. got the drawings done and tweaked, so we went ahead and had the plates cut out on the water jet. also tore into the 203 and got it ready for use. still need to get the shafts machined and get the center peices for the adapter machined. here's some pictures.

tranny side looks a little fragile, that gonna work out??? Nice work though.

it's going to have a huge round peice going all the way through it that holds seals/bearigns ect. with a wall thickness of +/- 3/4". if you could see the drawing it's obvious that there's no weakness. I'll post more picture as it gets closer to being done. hopefully we can get a machine free to turn the center peice soon.
