How much do Bushwacker cut outs gain you as far as tire size.I currently have 4" springs and 1.5" shackles and don't really want any more highth but don't want to be stuck running 35"s either.Would they gain me enough to run 39.5"'s.

If you want to cut that much then yes..

So you're saying it will work with Bushwackers or just if I get extreme with my sazall and leave a bare fender? It has to look good so I need the fenders if I sazall.
