In my hunt to find the prefect 4x4 rig I have found my eyes following around the tube rigs. I really want to build one and have been looking at may different way to build one. It seems like the way to go when I consider what I really love to do. I'm looking of any tip, web site, anything that anyone can provide me on building a tube buggy that could be helpful. PLEASE HELP!!!

please do not attempt to weld or build anything that involves the safety of anyone besides yourself

this has to be the all time most retarded question to ask, is there any website better then pirate when it comes to full tube buggys for rock crawling?

Your question is a little vague. It's kinda like saying "Hey, I want to build a house. Anyone got any tips?"

Ill quote a friend of mine, ryan from wicked fabrication: "its ganna take lot $$$$$$

buy a complete buggy...spend 15 k one with 60s etc...use all the parts and throw the chassis away/sell...add another 5 for chassis and a few new parts.....walla...something you built...under 20k. "

best advice I can give is just buy a PSC or BTF chassis and start there. It will take a lot less time to get you truck done that way. I think you could get a motor in there, links and axles in days or weeks. If you tried to make a bugy from the the get go, it will take forever
