When I did the drivetrain swap on my wrangler last winter I installed a 4.0 and AW4 from an xj in it. I was able to put most of the xj wiring harness into the YJ. One problem I have ran into that bothers me is the transmission shifts very soft. I am told this is because i never wired in the power/comfort switch for the TCM, so this defaults to the comfort setting for the transmission. Question is, how do I go about modifying the wiring to the TCM so that the transmission is always on the power setting? I am not worried about have the sluggish shifting comfort setting at all.

are you sure the TV cable is properly adjusted?

Hook up 12V key switched power to pin C11 at the trans computer for Power mode. The diagram I'm looking at shows it to be a tan wire, but you never know.
