: 350 - SM465 - Stock T-case hum CruisD64 03-24-2002, 06:55 PM Hey, I just purchased a cruiser which has an 85 carburated chevy 350 mated to an SM465 and stock fj40 T-Case and the tranny hums like crazy. Is this a common problem? Is there anything I can do to quiet it down? I have the H41 4speed. I am pretty sure its the idler shaft bearings in the Tcase, or the idler shaft itself. | |
