Rode in my backyard all weekend. We got a track with about 8 doubles, tons of whoops and a few kickers. The biggest double is about 30'. I did about 200 laps last week. We got tons of trails, too. What do you ride camo??

i ride normally 2 to 3 times a week if the weather permits we have quite a few good riding places around

Definitely not 200 laps at one time. 200 overall last week. Still, I almost did cardiac. I've been sore as shit all week. I ride a '91 cr250.

last summer I bought the wife an XR200 she rode the crap out of that thing last year this year her school and work schedule and my lack ov having a dirtbike has kept us off of the trail.

I'm planning on picking up an XR 400 soon. Some one gave me a trailer, and Sara gets out of school in a month so I'm planning on doing alot more riding.

Right now we have been reduced to riding around the makeshift track around our house.

we have a little jump on the side yard next to the garage. then a nice little left handed berm after that that sends you down along the back fence then you turn left and jump the big log ride under the big tree and off the 2 ft brick wall then turn left and ride across the front yard :d

some times the neighbors come ride around the house with us :D

I love it... The singletrack is as good or BETTER than anything I've ever ridden.

I do miss the big trees, they dont hurt like catus does

If it's nice here at my house I ride almost every day. I get off work about 5 so I ride every night that I'm not with my woman. Plus sunday's I usually hit the trails around here. I don't know if any one has ever heard of the Columbia River Gorge, but I live in the middle of it and the trail riding around here kicks serious ass! I am currently on an XR250, but I'm looking at a local WR400, definatly moving up to a WR this summer, not sure if it will be the 250F or the 400/426....any comments?! Who has experience on these bikes?

if your just riding woods i would stick to the bigger bike its easier to ride the 250 is awesome but likes to be ridden hard cause it revs really and thats where most the power is:rasta:

Good eye!

He thought he'd be helpful and move it behind the 4runner so I could load it up or something... and I backed over it.
It wasn't even a week old yet! :mad2:
Needless to say I was screaming... :emb4:

Luckily it just got caught by the axle and not under the tire...

Stuck it in the vise and straightened it out as best I could. :emb:

Grew up with it since age 3. Dad was a desert racer. Raced with Malcom Smith, Goat and the old school clan. So cal deserts or Baja were my home almost every weekend.

Last year was the first year since I can remember without a dirtbike. Just pickd up a 95 WXC610. wife has an 84XR250R and my 3 yr old daughter will ride the bike I rode when I was three, a mini mini indian. It's still in the family and runs great.

We're looking for other families to ride with. Let's go!
