i'm having trouble finding used parts in socal i'm looking for a hood and hood latch for a 77 ford pickup. any info would be appreciated

I've go both for sale, but cost too much to ship the hood an most likely whoever you buy the hood from will give you the latch. Try the wanted forum.

check ebay or you can also check these hood (http://www.carpartswholesale.com/cpw/hood.html) at carpartswholesale, you might find one for your car. i got some parts from them, they offer me a good deal.
