I bent the aluminum bracket on my passenger side motor mount that goes between the distributer and the alternator. I started looking for replacement motor mounts like the Bombproof etc, but I dont know if they come with this bracket. Does anyone know of any aftermarket motor mounts that come with the bracket as well as the motor mounts, or a good place to find one. Thanks

the bracket is a dealer only, and is cheap. the motor mounts you can get anywhere.. bomb proof style. the 6 cyl are the same for the 2.5. none of them come with the bracket for the 2.5.

I'd check the local Jeep junkyards... They'll probably try to screw you, but it's still bound to be a lot less than a dealer...

I've already called most of the jeep junkyards near texas that were listed in a previous post about building a jeep junkyard list. THey told me it would be hard to find a used one because they break easyly. Does anyone have any list of high dollar jeep custom shops that do V-8 conversions and stuff, i was thinking they may have one from a conversion they had done. If they bothered keeping it.
Also, do the Bombproofs have any guarantee or warranty?

Dude, I don't mean to talk outta school here, but can't you just talk to a local welder and have him fab something outta angle iron for you--or better yet, just weld it up yourself... Just think of the sense of accomplishment!
Besides, if these things are so prone to breakage, if you put in another stock one, it'll probably just snap again anyhow...
Trying to help,

I got a little lost when you mentioned the distributor and alternator but I think I got ya.
If you are speaking of the aluminum piece sandwiched between the frame extension and actual motor mount, here's what I did.
Mine broke so I pulled it out. The I ordered the 1" lift motor mounts from MORE. I then drilled the frame extension to accept the mount (two holes, real simple). I installed the 1" lift motor mount on the passenger side and kept the drivers side with a stock 4.0 mount (even though I have a 2.5L). Everything lined up decent and level, no problems to date and this is months ago.
It'll cost you a set of MORE 1" lift mounts and a stock 4.0 mount for the drivers side, but it works and will last.
