: Advanced Adapters Phone support Rocks

Finishing up the SYE kit on my moms Yj I discoveredthat the wrong Yoke nut and washer had been packaged with the kit.

Called Advanced Adadapters they took my number down then went to go see exactly what the issue might have been.

I got a call back in less than 4 minutes asking for my mailing address. Guy said he was gonna send the parts out priority mail right now.

The guy did want to know where I purchased it I couldn't remember which one of you guys with shops that I bought it from :D

Just thought I would let every one know about the good service I recieved from them.

One less thing I will have to think twice about when it comes time for my Atlas.

I lost the big bearing retainer clip for my dual case adapter, they just mailed one out to me no questions asked...got in 2 days!

I have zero complaints as well

I"ll have to agree with this. Very good tech support! Helped me out on my tranny adapter install. Good company that will get my business in the future.Like I would have much of a choice:rolleyes: But really they are a great company.:smokin:

Yea, I'm working out my drive train and called w/ a bunch-o- questions about installing a np203 range box among other things. The guy I spoke to was like, "here are your options... if you have a fax number I'll send you the install instructions and parts list for each setup if you think it'll help."

I call em all the time for tech help and they are great!!

Agree 100%, AA is the best as far as tech suport goes. I have never had a problem getting good help on the phone from them....well, once. But that was because the style of mounts I have they only made a few of and no one remembered then:rolleyes:

They helped me out big time 'cause I bought my junk with some of their parts in it with out any of the info on them. They happily provided me with info and part numbers so I could buy seals at the parts store instead of them so I could make it to the trail on time.
