I bet a guy from OK named Joe Deere owns that conglomeration now. If it is Joe Deere, then steer clear. He deals in art and other more deviant acts as well. Another guy named Shawn Hunter may be involved in it as well. I had plans to buy it for a Cummins project before Nathan made a deal with Ben on it. It would be the ultimate tow vehicle. The long wheelbase is a dream to tow with, but the 350 could use some more oomph. If I'm flat-towing the S1, I don't notice the hills much, but with the LWB on a car-carrier (and a heavy one at that), the hills were pretty long and steep. A CTD would have been the trick...wish I would have had the $$$ at the time to have done that. The diesel options were just too expensive, but now looking back probably would have been worth it. Even a big-block would have been nice. The idea was to standardize with the small-block that is in the S1, but really it wouldn't have mattered to have had another engine. But...it tows REALLY nice.
