Where you ride

Where do all of my wheeling and bicycle riding comrads ride? Where have you ridden? What do you ride? This i just to keep my mind off of the rain and the agrevation of having to rebuild jumps and clean up trails when spring comes around and to spark winter discussion.

I mostly just ride around my house(which is on a hill), go to the skate park with my BMX, and all of the parks in Sonoma county at least once a year. I go to North Star at Tahoe 3-4 times a year and have been to Whistler. I have an '04 Big Hit with a boxxer team, Banshee Morphine, and an '04 Premium with primo and odyssey parts.

My favorite spot is Santa Cruz and I also ride Pacifica, Carlmont, Northstar, Sea Bowl, Saratoga Gap and have been to Deer Valley and Brianhead for nationals. Racing is my thing and heres my rig...

Since the pictures those piece of shit Galfer steel brake lines have both exploded on me so I've been running my backup set since early summer. About 2 hours before my race run at Deer Valley both the Galfer's poped at the same time down a practice run but I found a loaner set in time.

Mainly Santa Cruz and Los Gatos Mountains. I've ridden Moab too. Went wheeling and took the bike along. it was a good combo.
I ride a Santa Cruz Superlight with all the goodies... Getting a new real wheel built at Phil Wood this week. A Chistmas present for myself :)

I ride a '96 Santa Cruz Tazmon with a few modern upgrades.
Rather spend money on my truck than a new bike!

My regular trails: Salmon Falls, Wester States Trail, Granite Bay, Angels Camp, Auburn area, Rockville, Sly Park, Rubicon, all of Lake Tahoe, Round Mountain/South Yuba/Malakoff, Indian Valley/Downieville area, Bullards Bar.
Also have ridden/raced: Eagle Mountain, North Star, Marin Headlands, Olema Valey Trail & the ridge, Annadale, Wilder Ranch & back side, Prairie City, Sea Otter Classic, Cool, Cactus Cup in AZ, South Mountain in AZ.

and now my fat arse is off to a road ride to worthy myself for some dirt!
