if it hasn't been modified, there should be a tag on the diff cover. Thats an easy way to find the ratio, if its still there. F-150? F-250? or F-350?

if the gears are still stock I think they would be 3.56 or 3.54 to 1 ratio. If its been modded there is no telling without counting teeth. Or you could roll it forward, and count the turns of the driveshaft for one complete revolution of a tire. This would get you relatively close.

Most likely 3.50 rear, 3.54 front.
Whats the axle code off that same tag you got all that other info from? (door sticker) Someone could tell you from that also.
There may be a a tag on the front, or yellow/white label on the backside of the front axle showing ratio too.

Those are not all the #'s off of the door tag. Look at the bottom of the tag, there'll be an axle code, either 2 numbers(open rear diff) or a letter and a number(limited slip rear) or, very uncommon, but out there, a 3 digit code with a letter and 2 numbers, which means a LS front and rear

Your door tag should have the tranny and axle codes along the bottom row. Unless they are like mine and faded to nothing...
If you can read it still, here is a good master list.
