I'm just testing the waters. I got a new bike and want to trade my 89 yz490 for a yamaha blaster for the wife. It's either trade or sell the yz and start looking for a blaster.

ANybody looking for a trade. The yz runs excellent. I would say it looks about average for the age. Everything is or will be in good working condition.

I'm not sure what years the yz490 was made. I bought this bike from a guy on this board as a beginner bike. He said it had been ported & polished built pretty well by the guy he bought it from. I rode it four times since I bought it. MY wife got me a new yz426F so I don't really need this anymore. Now I want to get her a quad so she can ride with us.
