This ac compressor was purchased through a parts distrbutor friend of mine who sells these direct to major auto parts stores and dealerships. It's a remanufactured unit. They list for over $500. I purchased it for $271.30 at his cost. I then bought a new truck, so I'm now stuck with the compressor. I'll let it go for $200 plus shipping. The part number is #57950 My truck was a 97 Chevy 7.4L You may want to check and see what years will work, but according to the research I did, at least for the year 97, it will fit 4.3- 7.4L
