Who needs their springs to flex when you can have the whole frame to do the work. Not the best pics.

Definitely looks like frame flex to me, by the looks of the twisted bed, can see an unparallel line between the front of the bed and the tailgate, unless the 'gate is off its hinges. And can barely see some spring droop.
Still an ugly twist:flipoff2: :D

I've got a friend with a Chevy that has something like 3 crossmembers. One is the engine, one is the transmission mount I think, and I think there is one in the back. The frame flexes so much, there is a dent in the cab about 6" above where the bed rail is where the bed touched the cab.

thanks for posting that. just last weekend my buddys were heckling me cause i would not wheel my new crew cab though a twisty whoop section. i told them i didn't really care to bend my frame with only 1000 miles on the new truck. i just email them this pic to prove my point. :D

thats why I am sacared to take my brothers 79 4 door short bed up an RTI ramp or a twisty trail, we used a bunch of Bando on that thing to get it to look good and I am afrade it will crack the bando when that long thing starts to twist like that.

Got them too!

At first I heard this loud "pop", I was thinking that the body mounts were pulling thru the frame mounts. Then I saw that it was the bed getting stuck on the rear window, then popping passed it. Other then the dents on the corner of the cab. No other damage. The body mounts are fine and all the bolts are still there.

Taking this one out was just a little diffrent then my 65 cj-5. Yet I did follow a few jeeps.
