What is the best size hose for the vacuum lines in my FJ40? Want to replace lines with silicon but need to know if 3mm, 3.5mm, or 4mm is the best.

For some reason, 7mm comes to mind as the stock size vacuum hose. Don't quote me on it. I think the VW hose is 7mm.

I'd go with the 3mm hose. I'd rather have a vacuum hose on a little snug then falling off a metal line. Little spit or soapy water
will help slip them into place. (I seem to recall using 3/32" hose, but that is a little smaller than 3mm).

Oh RustyCruiser.... hmm, 6mm is just about a 1/4". So 7mm is a little larger than that... a little big for vacuum line. :p
