I want to put a straight tie-rod on instead and want to know if older style 1-ton tie rod ends are interchangable. Thanks JP Jekyll 03-26-2002, 05:34 PM The only info I could find is for a '96. Might not be much help, but the specs on the stock right side TRE(ES3009R) is 1.00-18 with taper measurements of 0.613/0.723. The closest size TRE's available(according to the Moog catalog) are ES2007L and ES2006R, which are both 1.00-18, but the taper is 0.675/0.771. The length of the stud isn't specified for the stock TRE, but the ES2006R/ES2007L are both 0.768. hope that helps | |
