I am looking for soft garage for a 22' boat. I am in Ca so I don't really have to worry about snow or hurricanes. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Check Harbor Freight Tools. they have several.

costco also sells them, maybe walmart or similar type of retail stores, check lowes and home depot

cheapest is at pep boys, it's pretty good too. The tarp top will wear out with any of them but mine took some serious abuse for 3 years or so.

$79 for the frame and top, bout the same for the kit to enclose it.

the costco garage cover thingys are usually only sold during the summer.

good luck finding one. they cost about 160 bucks.

The Costco one is 10'x20' so a 22' boat will be tight.

I bought a Costco one about 6-7 years ago. It's on it's last leg now, but it's been hammered by all kinds of weather. I highly recommend them if you can find one. Mine is 3 sided but I think the ones they sell now have a roll up door on the 4th side.

Northern Hydraulics has some good deals. I'm looking at some right now for storing a tractor and all my various other junk that I don't want in my heated barn.
