I made some sliders for my 89 RR and everythime I think I know how to attach them I outthink myself. I thought about welding them to the frame but it seems a little weak. I thought about using a longer body mount bolt and mounting them to the bottom of the body mounts. Has anyone tackled this yet? If you don't mind sharing your ideas I would greatly appreciate it!

People mount them to the door sills; they mount them with outriggers to the frame; they mount them to the door sills with backing plates. Did you try the Rangie sites, or searching?

Very clean and easy to install. Took less than an hour for both sides.
