I heard a bad rumor that USA Alloy shafts are not made in the US? Can anyone here confirm that rumor or not??

I can't find anything on them being made elsewhere when searching Yahoo. Superior says theirs are produced here in the US.

Their headquarters are in Corona CA. I think all the shafts are made there..

Hardly anyone make their parts here anymore. Its no rumor that most of the shafts that are sold come from overseas. Does it matter? thats up to you

I'm pretty sure they are made overseas from what the owner has said on JU, but so what, they have a 10 year warranty.

The 10 year warranty is good enough for me...Alloy USA may or is JUST a name

You think Panama Jack shirts were ever made in Panama?

Maui Jim sunglasses made in Maui, Hawaii?

Old Milwaukees best..eh nevermind

I would be pretty sure its made in some China or overseas cheaper than the US alloy shop

edit - but I bought superior ONLY because they have been in the business longer...not that Alloy USA is not as good its just I feel more comfortable...but I DO lkike the 10 year warranty though

Ron knows quality.
Ron knows axles.
Ron has been in this business over 20 years.
Ron was head cheese at superior b4 he started Alloy USA.
Ron is a very cool dude.
a 10 year warrantee is BADASS!

FYI-almost NO large steel parts of any kind are actually "produced" in the US anymore. Foreign labor is 100's of times cheaper (thanks to unions).
I work for a manufacturer of industrial ball valves, and our stuff is almost all from the pacific rim area.

facts man, just the facts, deal with it.
