Have any of you bent a spindle and what were the signs (if you couldnt tell just by looking at it)? I have had this mystery noise for a month now and contacted Tri County Gear since they are known for building great D44 axles. I described the symptoms and they suggested a bent spindle.

I dont have any noises other than when the hubs are locked and in 2WD. If it were the spindles I assume it would make the noise all the time?

How do you know when one is bent? What noises?
