I don't know who made it, I bought it from a PBB member and never used it. Here's a pic of the casting numbers "711140".

I found a small imperfection in the housing at the top of where the holes are tapped for the cover. It looks like it was hit with something near the top of the threaded hole and it pushed the aluminum over a little. It's not in an area that would compromise strength or anything structural, but I wanted to point it out. I never noticed this before, so the new price is $150 just to make up for it.
