Is your F250 a superduty? Light duty?
If it is a pre-superduty model then yes the rims will fit.
If it is a light duty F250 (looks like F150) then no they won't fit

The tires should fit. But I have no idea

97 = no superduty.
H1 rims = 8 lug = HD Dana 50

with a 2" leveling kit you should be o.k. with regular rims, maybe have to space the front bumper out some, I did. Not sure what the backspacing on the H1 rims is gonna do for you though.

You're going to have to recenter them. They won't fit with H1 backspacing.

He's right, the H1 backspacing is insane, like a FWD wheel. By the time you spend that money you can just get some black steel rims 16.5x9 from somewhere since you don't need the beadlocks.
