Disc Brake set up for dana 60-2? [Archive]

Anyone know of a bolt on disc brake set up for a J-4000 dana 60-2 semiofloater 35 spline 5 on 5 1/2" rear?

The drums are mounted to the axle by a perfect circle with 6 bolt holes. I don't have measurements of the axle flange here b/c it's in the shop getting gears/locker installed.

Thanks...need to run to the jy soon.
