Hay my bros suburban rear lift gate window motor is real slugish when its winding the window up. Eaven worse in the colder wether some times it seems like its going to stall and takes forever. I cleaned up all the gears and greased them but no difrance, so I was wondering if anyone had any better sugestions

I've never looked at a Suburban one, but on Blazers it helps to replace the cable. I had similar problems on mine, and a new cable solved them.
