Whos done it and what parts did you use? Any cheap kits availible? Did some searching and havent came up with much. My lug pattern is 5 on 5.5.

You can get the kit directly from Ford not too bad of a price. You will have to get the rotors redrilled for your bolt pattern as the come in 5 on 4.5.

youd probly be better off stealing a axle from an exploder, and swapping out the whole axle, then you can find the parts readily available.

Im happy with the quality of parts but I havent put it to much use yet cause my truck doesnt have a front end at the moment...

id say get a sploder axle with disks then get some custom shafts made to go to 5 on 5.5.

Explorer brakes will bolt on to your truck (both big bearing ends), just need hoses and brake cables. Then get the rotors drilled (or do it yourself) and away you go.

How would that help? The expo disks are 5x4.5 so they would have to be redrilled also, not to mention the axles are like 6" narrower than a F150 8.8. By the time you bought the axle and had all that done you could just get a 5x5.5 kit and be done with it while keeping the stock width.

I think Im a member on there but I havent been on there in ages. I spend most of my time on the ranger station and broncoii.org now. I got out of the full size world a few years ago and now I mostly play with rangers and broncoii's.
Heres some pics of my rear disk setup for you
