sory i musr be retarded or something but i couldnt find where to get my computer reprogramed on my 98 chevy for more power, what else shoud i do to get more power?

so what 98 chevy are we reprogramming a 4 banger, v8, diesel or what that's a minor bit of info that might be beneficial to actually get your question answered.
